You must place an order by the 17th of each month to receive that month's box. Otherwise, you will receive a box the following month. All boxes are shipped by the 19th of the month via Priority Mail and will be delivered within 1-3 business days. 

All survey information must be submitted by the 10th of the month for that month's box to be personalized according to the survey's feedback.

Singular items can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns for any products on our website. Since our products are consumable (tea), we do not accept returns. If you have any concerns with an order, please contact us at claire@teabyclaire.com.
